Kodam IX/Udayana Builds Adaptive Binter Through Centralized SWK Scout Camps

  


Tabanan - Scouting is a forum for developing the younger generation to form a spirit that is highly dedicated, disciplined, skilled and loves the country.


In this case, the TNI AD is collaborating with the Scout Movement organization to carry out empowerment of defense areas on land through Territorial Development (Binter) activities, which in essence are the preparation of defense areas and their supporting forces which are developed early to be built, maintained and improved.


Such as the centralized Saka Wira Kartika (SWK) Scout Camp activities at the TA Regional Military Command Level. 2023 Regional Military Command IX/Udayana which will be held at Taman Pujaan Bangsa (TPB) Margarana, Marga District, Tabanan Regency, with the theme "Building Adaptive Binter Through Centralized Saka Wira Kartika Scout Camps at Regional Level to Form a Young Generation with a National Insight and a Spirit of Defense Country". This camp activity was opened by the Territorial Assistant Kasdam IX/Udayana Colonel Inf Puji Hartono, S.I.P., M.Han., on Saturday (9/9/2023).


After pinning the participants' marks and pronouncing the Tri Satya and Dasa Darma, Aster Kasdam IX/Udayana in his address said that "The aim of this activity is to create a young generation who have skills in accordance with Krida Saka Wira Kartika, namely knowledge, skills and awareness in defending the Indonesian State and have a sense of concern for the TNI AD environment in accordance with Republic of Indonesia Law Number 34 of 2004 concerning the task of carrying out regional empowerment land defense is explained through one of the main functions of the TNI AD, namely Territorial Development," explained Aster Kasdam IX/Udayana.


It was further stated that one of the targets of Territorial Development is the development of Human Resources (HR), where the focus or emphasis of this development is the young generation as potential future generations of the Indonesian nation.


Also present at the opening ceremony were the Kasiter Kasrem 163/WSA, the Dandim of Korem 163/WSA, the Chair of the Kwarda Bali Scout Movement, the Head of the Kwarda Bali Regional Education and Training Center, the Head of the Regency/City Disdikpora throughout the Province of Bali, the Chair of the Proclamation Service Foundation, the Trustees and Companions from each Kodim throughout Bali, as well as other invited guests.
